a) Individual Youth Coaching

I believe that every young person has immense potential waiting to be unleashed, my role as a coach is to help them discover their strengths, passions, and talents. By doing so, I hope to empower them to strive towards their own dreams, to have greater agency over their decisions and to unburden our youth from the stress and anxiety of feeling that they need to have everything figured out.

Coaching goes beyond academic learning. It equips young people with essential life skills such as problem-solving, communication, and decision-making. These skills lay a solid foundation for their personal and professional growth and provides a safe space for young minds to explore their identity, interests, and aspirations.


b) Group Workshops for Youth

Together we will journey through a series of exercises and discussions to encourage reflection to raise self-awareness, and to identify where our beliefs and behaviours may be limiting growth.

The ‘Youth Coaching for Success’ Program has been mapped against the South Australia Personal Learning Plan (PLP). 

Career Coach: We guide young individuals through the P.O.W.E.R coaching steps to craft their unique career pathway plan.

Life Coach: We foster self-awareness, personal growth, and confidence in young individuals, setting them on the path to a fulfilling future. This is achieved by creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where young people can openly express their thoughts and feelings, enabling a deeper understanding of their aspirations and challenges.

The Parent as Coach: We empower parents and caregivers to adopt a coaching approach to parenting, encouraging their children to explore, learn, and grow independently while providing necessary support & guidance. Instead of directing every step of the youngsters’ journey, we become their allies, helping them discover their passions, set goals, and make thoughtful decisions. We ask powerful questions, actively listen, and offer encouragement, so they develop critical life skills, such as problem-solving, communication, and resilience.
